Aktualizacja Alfa 5.0 to duża aktualizacja, która dodaje nowy poziom 6 i wiele modeli 3D. Oto lista zmian w grze:

* New 6th level - hospital hall,
* New task at the new level,
* Text Inventory System - key TAB,
* Models: chandelier, drip stand, broom, reception counter, old TV, test-tube stand, ceiling fan, water cooler, new card reader, ring binder, Bio-ammo creator, lamp in elevator,
* New textures for carpets and paintings,
* Weapon change system,
* New music on the 3rd and 5th level,
changes:
* levels 1 and 2 - locker rooms have been added,
* level 3 - marked warehouses using numbers,
* Level 4 - Added tooltips to the tasks.
